Our dedicated, experienced team of 60 ensures that, despite our size, we’ve kept a warm, one-team, family feel.

Schedule 3 freedom – As well as your regular duties, we encourage freedom under Schedule 3, including minor surgery

True clinical variety – With three branches, you’ll rotate across different sites (no fixed pattern; we tailor it to life and preferences). No two weeks look the same, unless you want them to

Progression & support – Love consulting? ECC? Surgical nursing? Behaviour? Nutrition? We’ll support your interests. We encourage our nurses to run their own clinics and pursue further training or certificates

Independent & agile – With one owner–director who still works clinically, decisions happen quickly, ideas are genuinely heard, and good changes can be put into action without delay

A supportive nurse leadership team – We have four Head Nurses across the group, plus a clinical manager who focuses on developing people, supporting performance, and keeping the team happy
